Talk Show: “Your Future in Aviation with ITL”

On September 11^th, ITL cooperated with Career and Counselor Center of Vietnam Aviation Institute to organize the Talk Show of “Your Future in Aviation with ITL” in the Hall of Aviation Institute and attracted by over 100 students from many faculties such as Business Administration, Electronics and Telecommunication, Flight Management, etc. to attend.



The main purpose of the Talk Show aims to provide the information for the students about the career opportunities in the Logistics and Transportation, in particular in the Aviation industry to help them get the clear orientation before they start their career journey in the future.

Currently, the training for Aviation people still has some limitations such as: The training centers lack of the equipment to train and practice; lack of close cooperation between the training centers and enterprises in training & employing, and lack of the connection in enhancing the general knowledge and practical training. Therefore, after graduation, the Aviation students cannot orient their career path and lack of the practical knowledge as well as the professional skills.
 
With the presence of the teachers from Career and Counselor Center of Vietnam Aviation Institute and the speakers from ITL Corporation: Mr. Nguyen Quoc Thuc – HR Director, Mr. To Hoang Anh – Aviation Services Director, Mr. Huynh Vinh Thien – Cargo Sales Manager of ITL Corporation, the students got sharing and had valuable information from the experts who inspire them and help to orient their career path. 
 
At the Talks Show, Mr. To Hoang Anh shared the overview of Aviation industry, the status of Aviation human resource in the future and the opportunities & challenges in Aviation industry. Mr. Huynh Vinh Thien shared the job positions in the Aviation industry and its characteristics. Mr. Nguyen Quoc Thuc shared the necessary skills needed for newly graduated students and the opportunities which ITL can bring to the Aviation Institute students in the near future.
