Senior Marketing Supervisor



JOB DESCRIPTION 

Create and manage strategic Marketing & Communications plan and activities including and not limited to Marketing & Communications, Public Relations, CSR, Content management, Crisis Management activities to ensure excellent achievements of these activities and match with the company’s target.

1. Marketing & Communications:

  • Develop and implement an integrated strategic communications plan including internal & external communications to advance ITL brand identity & its business units; broaden awareness of its values and priorities; and increase the visibility of the corporate to its relevant stakeholders.
  • Create and manage relevant branding campaigns plan to build ITL brand awareness and to create ITL brand love
  •  Manage all sponsorship campaigns and utilize these campaigns to create activities to maximize ITL brand building and data acquisition
  • Work closely with Business units to create promotion campaigns to leverage Sales and to build ITL brand awareness
  •  Manage corporate events/ campaigns

Develop ITL print & online communications including marketing collateral materials, new year calendar, brand guidelines, intranet, website……to support for ITL corporate & its business units and products.

2. Public Relations & CSR:

  •  Create Public Relations plan that will enhance the relationships with target & external audiences including media & key influencers
  •  Create and organize CSR plan in cooperation with HR Department
  • To achieve frequent, timely and positive media coverage across all available media including internal and external channels
  •  Actively engage, cultivate, and manage press relationships to ensure coverage surrounding ITL programs, special events, public announcements, fundraising, Outreach activities and other projects.

3. Content:

Manage all contents of internal & external activities

4. Crisis management:

  • Follow up closely any disadvantages toward company via multiple channels.
  • With PR team, suggest, launch reflex PR strategy, timely handling crisis cases to ensure minimizing the negative impact caused by disadvantage information.

REQUIREMENT 

  • Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a PR/Marketing and communications leadership role
  • Efficient in both verbal & written communication skills in English & Vietnamese
  • Excellent communicator and good interpersonal skills.
  • Good writing & content skill
  • Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
  • Thorough understanding of branding principles and approach/methods through multimedia including the Web.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
