- Submitting Shipping Instruction/ VGM to Ocean Master Carrier/Coloader
- Issuing House Bill of Lading
- Filling Export Manifest for shipments to US/CA/EU
- Billing tasks: follow supplier's invoice to make payment for the cost; create Debit Note to client and follow payment to release shipment
- Track and trace shipment status and Solving customer’s problem relating Documentation/ Export Manifest
- Other tasks assigned by Supervisor
- Bachelor Degree : College or University
- At least 1 year experience of shipping industry
- Knowledge : Shipping
- Good at communication in both of English and Vietnamese
- Good Computer skills (MS Office) : Word, Excel, Power Point
- Be patient, careful, ability to work under pressure
