Performance:
- Accurately transfer candidate to Employee before onboarding (matching MRF with Candidate code)
- Accurately input personal data on HRMS
- Ensure staff document and the contract submission process are completed on time prior to transfer of employee records
- Working work FPT to correct information on HRMS if necessary and support Talent Acquisition team involve in system

- Avoid apply document to C&B over deadline payment
- Complete timely inspection and coordination with the department in announcing new people, prepare enough equipment for the new person before the date of employment
Avoid complaint from client, internal – line manager, HRBP, C&B, others department about recruitment process, onboarding process, service mind….
Qualifications and Knowledge:
- At least 3 year experience as same role
- University Degree/Master Degree is preferable
- English: Good in reading / listening/ writing/speaking
- Computer Skills: MS. Word, MS. Excel, MS. Power Point, Email, Internet.
- Proven work experience as an HR Administrator
- Ability to develop strong relationships and work with others department
- Attention to detail and time management
- Experience with HR software, like HRMS
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
