Recruitment Administrator

JOB DESCRIPTION 

Performance:

  • Accurately transfer candidate to Employee before onboarding (matching MRF with Candidate code)
  • Accurately input personal data on HRMS
  • Ensure staff document and the contract submission process are completed on time prior to transfer of employee records
  • Working work FPT to correct information on HRMS if necessary and support Talent Acquisition team involve in system
  • Ensure staff document and the contract submission process are completed on time prior to transfer of employee records
  • Avoid apply document to C&B over deadline payment
  • Complete timely inspection and coordination with the department in announcing new people, prepare enough equipment for the new person before the date of employment
Customer Satisfaction:

Avoid complaint from client, internal – line manager, HRBP, C&B, others department about recruitment process, onboarding process, service mind….

Qualifications and Knowledge:
  • At least 3 year experience as same role
  • University Degree/Master Degree is preferable
  • English: Good in reading / listening/ writing/speaking
  • Computer Skills: MS. Word, MS. Excel, MS. Power Point, Email, Internet.
  • Proven work experience as an HR Administrator
  • Ability to develop strong relationships and work with others department
  • Attention to detail and time management
  • Experience with HR software, like HRMS
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
