Human Resources and Administration Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Compensation & Benefit ( C&B)
Responsible for  deliverying C&B services timely and correctly:
  • Monthly salary for staffs
  • Monthly prepare social & health insurance claim administration.
  • PIT monthly and year end reconciliation
  • Labor contracts for all staff
  • Ensure all HR forms/ checklist related to C&B are in place and implement accordingly
  • Prepare monthly staff turnover report
  • Follow up and update HR team any changes in labor regulations related to PIT, insurances timely
  • Responsible for new staff check-in and exit procedure for leaver
 Policies and Procedures:
  • Responsible for reviewing/designing and update Policies and Procedures
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are in place and implement accordingly
  • Staff Database:
  • Ensure staff database are filed/recorded timely and correctly
  • All staff JD are in place and updated appropriately
  • All employee performance appraisal are executed and recorded.
  • Employee Relations and Administration:
  • Ensure all staff queries related to HR policies and procedures are response timely and correctly
  • Coordinate with managers in resolving employee misconduct cases: disciplinary action, dismissal…

Recruitment:
  • Ensure recruitment database are recorded and updated
  • Responsible for recruitment from supervisor level and below
  • Training and Development:
  • Responsible for Induction and Orientation Program for new comer:  make sure that new employee understand the Company policies and procedure
  • Ensure company organization chart are updated
  • Ensure that company information/memos are updated in the Notice Board
  • Keep updated training records
Administration:
  • Leading Admin team ( If any) or outsourced supplier in providing admin services to business in the areas of: messenger, reception, office clean and tidy, transportation, security….
  • Reporting
  • Prepare HR performance reports and researching human resources issues or results as per requested of General Director or Regional team.
  • Take other tasks assigned by General Director
REQUIREMENT 

  • University’ degree our above. The major in Human Resource, Business Administration is preferable.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience Human Resources especial in C&B and recruitment and/or HR Business Partner
  • Comprehensive understanding in Vietnam Law
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Characteristics: Self-starting and ownership,mature, hospitality, honest, detailed, customer service mindset; able to work under pressure, able to liaise with other departments
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and other MS Office tools
  • Good presentation and training experience is preferable
