- Digital Marketing/Paid Media: Manage end-to-end B2B Lead Generation advertising campaigns on Google/Facebook/LinkedIn and other channels.
- Research & conduct other B2B marketing initiatives to drive leads, such as planning & publishing whitepapers, reports, case studies, workshop, webinars, etc.
- Design detailed implementation plan with audiences, channels, PICs, and timeline.
- Report to the Growth Leader and Business Growth Manager about the effectiveness of the overall marketing performance with insight and plan for further improvement.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Event execution: organize events such as workshops and webinars for the potential clients. - Social media: main in-charge of marketing content for social channels including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Youtube; reply messages and comments on these channels following process and guidelines.
- Website management: main in-charge of Website contents, optimize SEO and website performance in general.
- CRM: follow up framework & process/ activities across channels, especially email marketing.
- Others: Implement other marketing activities based on the strategy at each period.
- Follow-up and Coordinate with related Departments to resolve incidents
- Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
- Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all departments
- Policy Compliance
- Join internal events/CSR activities/training courses, learn by yourself to growth.
- Main in-charge of all Digital/ Marketing execution.
- Main in-charge of all B2B Growth execution.
Experience
- At least 2 year experience as Marketing/ Digital/ Growth Executive.
- Well-knowledge of B2B growth marketing, lead nurturing and having passion to grow further in this career path.
- Understanding of marketing channels, especially Event, Website, Social (Facebook, LinkedIn, and Youtube), and Email.
- Great communication skill, especially in the field of advertising and branding
- Great planning, project management and time management skills.
- Diploma/Degree in IT/Telecommunication field.
- Customer service skill
- English: Ability to communication
- Heath in good condition.
- A fast learner, ability to multi-task and work independently under high pressure
- Problem solving.
- Experience in Digital Agency, E-commerce, B2B Platform or in a third party Logistics Company preferred.
- Willing to work overtime (out of office hours, weekend, break days) to finish tasks assigned
- Go to business trip as required
- Joining some other Projects as required
