Complete general ledger operation

Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers.

Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements

Analyze financial information and summarize financial status.

Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts
-
Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts
-
Prepare tax computations and returns
-
Assist with tax audits and tax returns.
-
Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance
-
Prepare analysis of accounts as requested
-
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

Liaise with AM/ DAM to improve financial procedures.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
-
Strong technical accounting background.

At least five years general ledger accounting experience is required
-
Strong Excel and database skills
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA/CIMA/ACCA is a plus.

Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
-
Knowledge of financial reporting
-
Knowledge of local, state and federal laws regarding accounting, finances, and taxation

Proficiency in relevant accounting software
