Customer Services (team Aviation)

REQUIREMENTS:

- Coordination with Space Control & Sales for booking orientation & handle reservation
- Working with agents to ensure shipments are checked in warehouse in “ready for carriage” condition.
- Compliance with Airlines circulars to ensure cargo bookings are in line with regulation, policies.
- AWB stock control.
- Arrange Cargo Loading Plan for flights and coordination with Operation team.
- Help desk information (outgoing & incoming cargo)
- Tracing/tracking.
- Handle claim, solve irregularity (both outgoing & incoming).
- Reservation handling/confirmation to customer.
- Helpdesk information.
- Other misc duties

QUALIFICATIONS:

 Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
• At least 6 months - 1 year experience in Air Freight/Aviation or Ground Handling Company
• Good command in English
• Good Computer skills (MS Office)
