Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to
  • Provide quality customer service in accordance to set KPIs and service standards.
  • Accept bookings & orders placed by customers.
  • Keep up to date with the latest product, marketing and service information for the delivery of service to customers.
  • Demonstrate good telephone etiquette when dealing with both internal and external customers.
  • Understand SOP (standard operating procedure) of Air and Sea document handling.
  • Listen, probe and question in order to clarify and understand customers’ needs.
  • Follow-up on complex cases to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide customers feedback for continuous improvements.
  • Report to Manager every week about status of all clients

  • Diploma/degree in any fields.
  • Knowledge of customer service…
  • Experienced in relevant position in 1-2 years.
Required Skills
  • Good Korean communication is preferable 
  • Customer oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Highly adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 
  • Decisive and able to analyze/resolve complex problems for customers.
  • Able to work under pressure and handle high volume of work.
  • Others: Good knowledge of Korean market is preferable.
