Contract Logistics Customer Services Executive

This position be responsible for the overall warehousing logistics; include organizing, planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services. Liaising and negotiating with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers. The goal is to manage the entire order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.

1. Project management
  • Strategically plan and manage working flow between CL’s function units
  • Direct, optimize and coordinate full order request cycle
  • Data analysis and consult base on result
  • Market intelligent
2/ Account management
  • Arrange and manage customer contract
  • Support for billing revenue
     
3/ Customer service coordinator
  • Comply with laws, regulations and customer’s KPIs
  • Resolve any arising problems or complaints
4/ Productivity
  • Keep cross track of productivities for all CL function units
5/ Compliance assurance
  • Internal: Follow up the company’s policy on working conditions, pricing and customer relationship
  • External: Comply with additional and special compliance issues from customer
  • Contribute the team performance in term of gross profit and revenue
  • Construction communicate with colleague and products team to get smartest and most effective commercial target
  • Keep good image of Company in the market by professional style of working
  • Legal aspect as compliance

Job Requirement


  • Minimum 01 years working in logistics / freight forwarding industrial  or customer services
  • Used to work for multinational logistics company is an advantage
  • Good knowledge about logistics industrial
  • Suitable degree, specialize in logistics
  • Customer and service oriented
