JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities under the organization’s accounting policies and procedures
- Managed and checked all requests of payment by cash and bank to control the due date.
- Control and manage inventory and asset following the company’s policies
- Maintained accounting records and supervised all transactions accounting processes and monthly closing preparation to ensure the adequacy of the monthly internal report such as PL, BS & Consolidate package and external monthly reports, statutory reporting, tax reporting such as VAT, PIT, CIT & With Holding Tax in line with VAS.
- Review all accounting statements to ensure they have been accurately prepared
- Provide technical expertise and advice on complex accounting issues to the other Head of divisions to help them to develop revenue and control expense budgets
- Created and maintained good relationships with Tax officer, State bank, External audit, customers, suppliers, and the other partners to ensure the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.
- Lead, direct, evaluate and develop by training a team of accounting professionals to ensure that accounting activities are completed accurately and on time.
- Perform other duties related to accounting, as and when required.
- Responsible for providing overall direction for tax, insurance, budget, credit and treasury functions for the organization
- Made the yearly/quarterly/monthly business plan such as PL, BS and supervised implement to adjust the plan to ensure the total business of the company could achieve yearly/quarterly/monthly target.
- Make the plan of Expense budgets and Cash flow by monthly/quarterly/yearly and tracking actual results to report to the BOD.
- Made yearly/quarterly/monthly management reports and financial analysis to the BOD to consult and advise the management team.
- Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team to ensure that the organization’s financial strategy is implemented effectively, consistently and according to established guidelines
- Perform other duties related to financial status, as and when required.
- Managed and checked all contract terms of the company before to get GD’s signature. Consult and advice to the management team to avoid risks
- Updated new law related to Accounting and Financial activities
- Perform other duties related to an internal audit, as and when required.

- Bachelor Degree : Accounting
- Knowledge: Accounting and finance, Logistics
- Good command in English
- Good Computer skills: MS Office and accounting software
