JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for managing and controlling operation activities of Da Nang Branch’s Office.
- Responsible for building and developing the freight forwarding business and expanding the customers and agency network.
- Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Build and develop freight forwarding business.
- Lead sales team to achieve the set sales target.
- Manage the operational activities of freight forwarding for the branch.
- Provide operational direction to staff: custom clearance, customer service, accounting, administration, IT…
- Train, coach and support to all staff for daily activities.
- Be in charge of finance of the branch
JOB REQUIREMENT
- At least 5 years in freight forwarding industry and hold the management position for at least 3 years
- Have good relationships with shipping lines, agency, good knowledge in logistics business (warehousing / inland-transporting market, relationship with trucking contractors, customs declaration)
- Good communication and building relationship
- Excellent business development mindset
- Excellent in English
