[HAN] AIR CARGO RESERVATION & CUSTOMER SERVICES

(This position will work for Air Cargo sector- GSA/GSSA Service)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Respond to customer upon receiving booking; find space and coordinate with Sales, and Airline's principles to arrange suitable space and Manage and fulfill Allotment space.
  • Tracing flight/shipment information and response to customers; processing and responding to customer claims.
  • Achieve budget tonnage and budget revenue set per year.
  • Response quickly and timely on Principle request; perform strictly in line with Principle' guideline.
  • Assist in sales activities, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and contributing to the development and implementation of sales strategies to support revenue growth and customer acquisition.
  • Coordinate with Cargo Manager for overall managing on allocation, space allocated to agents (GCAs & Local), guidance on space utilization & flight load planning
  • Support sales activities (both outdoor & indoor) to agents for cargo to fill up flights. Close working with Cargo Manager for proper Pricing scheme to ensure Revenue & Profit are achieved.
  • Monitor space availability ex hub for sales orientation.
  • Resolving customer complaints, issues, and escalations related to cargo services in a professional and customer-focused manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
 
  • Working location: Room 343, ALS Cargo Terminal, Noi Bai Airport– Soc Son, Hanoi, Vietnam.
QUALIFICATION:
  • Minimum of 2 year of booking & CS experience in Aviation/GSA/Air Forwarder.
  • Having knowledge about Aircraft type/ULD, Air Cargo Basic.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Aviation/Business Administration/Foreign Trade or College of Foreign Trade Economic.
  • Priority for candidates have IATA Certificates.
  • Good in English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
