Application Support Intern (LOGTECHUB)

Requirements
  • Serve as the primary support contact for both internal and external users of the systems (FMS, TMS, WMS, …) liaising with the development team as necessary.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via ticket system and groups chat.
  • Manage, assign, and monitor the Troubleshoot and resolve the system issues (FMS, TMS, WMS, …), ensuring closure of each issue according to the support process.
  • Work directly with the software development team to understand the product and how it operates.
  • Support tasks related to Application and Customer Support with advise of Manager
  • Receive feedback on system problems from customers and users.
  • Other documents/ tasks as request.
Qualifications
  • Knowledge in SQL, Knowledge of Logistics industry is an advantage.
  • Experience in Help Desk support or Customer Services is an advantage.
  • Third or fourth-year students majoring in Technology – Logistics and Supply Chain Management – Economics; Foreign Trade University, University of Economics and related universities (priority given to those who have completed the program).
  • Full-time availability preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficient in using of MS Office, English: Ability to communication
  • A fast learner, proactive, ability to multi-task and work independently under high pressure
  • Commit to working for at least 4 months
  • Have personal computer
