JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Manage Air team to integrate service products for business and development.
- Coordinate to ensureX our service commitments fulfilled and meeting customers' requirements.
- Develop and execute sales effective based on market status and trend to reach good performance.
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly sales reporting Directors

- AR collection
4/ Internal documentation process:
- Docs should be issued correctly:
- File must be completed before deadline
- Update the rate, schedule, information from airlines on time & exactly
5. Take care Internal & External customers
- Take care customer careful & satisfy the customer requests
- Work closely with others BUs to get the full information to handle the shipment
- Support others BUs to provide the best service to the customers
- Follow the customer KPIs and SOPs
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years’ experiences in the same role
- Working for Logistic, Transportation, Express …is preferred
- Independent, strong leadership, team spirit, highly adaptable, good self starter
- Flexible, hands-on, able to work under pressure, detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skill, can meet tight deadlines
- Good understanding and experience in air freight consolidations, airline operations, airport operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word and PowerPoint
