JOB DESCRIPTION

Air Export

  • Provide cost to Agent, get Green light from agent for each booking,

  • Sending booking confirmation to customer,

  • Prepare Loading Plan, document for operation staff at airport,

  • Issue relating docs ( HAWB, Manifest, SI … ) if required

  • Solve occurred problem, if any ( delay, offload, docs missing… )

  • Tracing direct or short transit time shipment

  • Fast Pro System, issue debit note and push shippers/vendors for payment,

Air Import:

  • Receive pre-alert from agent, open job file. For Free hand shipment, receive Shipping Instruction from sales, send email to agent to ask them arrange the shipment to Vietnam,

  • Track & trace ATA of each shipment,

  • Input data in to system, issue debit note to customer, agent, issue D.O from the system; trace the payment from cnee. D.O will be released against full payment or follow Credit Term and collect all of the charges in time.

  • Arrange DDU / DDP shipment, if any; Release goods, D.O to consignee,

  • Do more task assigned by AFR Manager.

REQUIREMENT

  • Has at least 3 year experience (Air Freight) in the forwarding company.
  • Fluent English.
  • Good knowledge of Forwarding & Logistics Field.
  • Good Computer skills (MS Office)
