1. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support tasks related to Admin & Sales Support, product research, research information with advise of Manager
Administration:
- Execute, monitor, and oversee administrative tasks and processes.
- Manage procurement activities, maintain documentation and contracts, and liaise with suppliers.
Sales Support:
- Assist the Sales Department in the preparation, management, and administration of customer documents, contracts, and addendums, as well as monitor payment status.
- Support the identification of potential customers and coordinate the scheduling of meetings.
- Assist in drafting contracts, addendums, and quotations for clients.
- Facilitate invoice reconciliation and payment follow-up with customers.
- Maintain and organize both hard copy and electronic records of documents, contracts, and addendums.
- Communicate with customers to ensure timely completion of tasks and resolve any issues.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
2. REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge of Design in Social Media and Digital Marketing is an advantage.
- Have experience or knowledge in market research / content creating/social media management is preferable.
- Diploma/Degree in Design field.
- English: Ability to communication
- MS Offices
- Adobe (Ai, Ps)
- Other tools for designer
- Proficient in using of software and modern design technology
- Good visual thinking ability, high creativity
- A fast learner, proactive, ability to multi-task and work independently under high pressure
- Commit to working for at least 4 months
- Have personal computer
