ITL Management Retreat 2022

ITL Management Retreat took place successfully on October 16th - 22nd, 2022 with many interesting and impressive activities of ITL warriors in Da Lat city; Ta Nang - Phan Dung Trekking route and Ninh Van Bay, Nha Trang.

This is a special annual event of the enthusiastic Management team to take a look back at the challenging year 2022 and build the strategies & business plans in the new period, adapting to market changes and being ready to make ITL become the National Champion.


 
In particular, in this trip, Management members have conquered one of the most beautiful Trekking routes in Vietnam: Ta Nang - Phan Dung connecting the two provinces of Lam Dong and Binh Thuan with a length of more than 30km. The Trekking route is long with tough challenges, but the harder the journey, the sweeter the results will be. All of our members have successfully conquered this route, learning a lot of experiences and having great memories together.
 
Successfully conquering the Trekking route has shown the spirit of the Management team who are always ready to accept challenges and dare to break their limits, steadfastly overcome challenges and unite to move forward in all circumstances. These are also the qualities of ITL warriors with the DNA of “No Pain No Gain” and efforts to stay leading in everything we do.
