VAC Leader

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Follow KPI of VAC business such as revenue, staffing, Customer service, training
  • Responsible for training & coaching of assigned VAC
  • Coordinate and responsible for compliance VFS policy & regulation as well as from mission. 
  • Coordinate with other VACs, VFS to meet KPI of quality, audit 
  • Ensure VAC staff to follow VFS process, CS standard to achieve Customer satisfaction base on VOA for external customer
  • Coordinate with VAC Operation Manager for Staff satisfaction
  • Compliance all VFS policy and regulation which is related to assigned VAC.
  • Compliance internal & external audit 
  • Responsible for staffing of assigned VAC
  • Recognition and utilize talent within assigned VAC
 
JOB REQUIREMENT
  • Min. 1 year – experience of operation position
  • Or customer service, hospitality 
  • Working for hospitality/ VAC Is preferred 
  • Good command in English (B Level)
  • Good Computer skills (MS Office)
  • Data analyzed 
  • Customer service oriented
