Purpose and scope:

As an supervisor, She/ he is responsible for sea operating smoothly.

Manage the team (CS and docs staff) for handling US’s consolidation and FCL/ LCL shipments to US/ EU

Key person in charge for communicating in daily operation.

Delivering KPI agreed with customer

Job Duties:

• Monitor daily operation to make sure that good services provided to customers and business partners.
• Provide solution for any operational issues.
• Effect necessary communication and motivation to staffs.
• Be responsible for building up an effective and efficient team through appropriate workload allocation, backup system, training and daily coach to the operation staff;
• Ensure that Operation team meet the company KPI requested.
• Report to the management monthly performance as requested;
• Work close with other BU to ensure that all business could be handled smoothly.

• Bachelor degree 
• More than 3 years  management experience in sea freight
• Comprehensive knowledge of Sea Freight and Pricing.
• Strong proposal development skills, strategy development, and solid negotiation background.
• Ability to over sea travel for training.
• Excellent communication skills in English
