Focusing on Sales Performance (40%) and Support Sales team for pricing (60%) and report to achieve company target, and deliver good service to customers.
To organize, measure and take corrective action in order to ensure that service quality meets customer requirements and Service standards.
Conduct business with the highest level of integrity and compliance.
Attend to all queries from customers and respond ePQRs to Field sales on time.
