Sales Agency Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Develop business with oversea agents to achieve yearly target
  2. Support Sales/BD team with import pricing from ASIA, AFRICA, OCEANIA to Vietnam
  3. Develop and expand agency network all over the world.
  4. Maintain current & Sales oversea agents in order to achieve target.
  5. Develop co-sales through agent’s sales lead
  6. Control AR collection on time
  7. Support sales team in communication with oversea agents regarding oversea services or any issues related to handling process and payment term.
  8. Co-ordinate with product teams to ensure documentation and OPS process run smoothly.
  9. Support account dept to collect receivables on time.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  1. Min. 2 year – experience of sales in logistics or same position
  2. Working for well-known freight forwarding company Is preferred
  3. Check mail and reply oversea agents as assigned from manager
  4. Take care of current customers  and business.
  5. Co-operate with product teams  and account dept regarding paper works.
  6. Join the meeting with agents and customers when needed.
  7. Assist Manager to develop new business.
