Job description
- Hand on, manage and develop long-term Ecommerce solution and client relationships
- Maintaining regular contact and following up on leads with existing clients to determine their newly needs.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Lead and negotiate annual agreements with Ecommerce partners
- Managing relationship with marketplace vendors or retailers
- Developing strong analytics to evaluate daily/weekly/monthly performance and optimize further marketing, pricing and product selection.
- To team up with all team members to achieve all objectives and goals that are given to team.
Job requirement
- At least 02-year experience in relevant position
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
- Proactive, Open-minded, result-oriented, detailed with execution
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
- Prefer candidate who understanding Cross Border Ecommerce
- Good at English
