Job description:
- The scope of the role is to successfully lead a highly knowledgeable team while ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement of processes within the Contract Logistics site.
- You will be responsible for managing a team of 30 - 100 employees and leading the implementation process for a new well-known client.
- You will report directly to the Deputy Head of Contract Logistics and manage the Shift Leaders in our site as well as having the managerial responsibility of a diverse workforce.
- This role will be the focal point of contact for both new and existing customers.
- The scope of the role is to supervise and improve the daily Contract Logistics operations in our site and ensure continuous improvement of our businesses.
- Bachelor Degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or relevant fields
- Vocational degree within warehousing or logistics or equivalent qualification.
- Strong leadership abilities to motivate and lead a team
- Solid experience from a similar operational role within warehousing or Contract Logistics
- Commercially minded and capable of interacting with customers
- Speak and writing fluently in English and Vietnamese.

- Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
- Leadership skills and ability manage staff
- Strong decision making and problem solved skills
- 5 - 10 years of experience in warehouse management/ sale function in a logistics company.
- Familiar with the Vietnam business and regulatory environment and knows how to build business and organization in Vietnam.
- Strategic with good business acumen, external market and customer oriented, able to develop and define the Vietnam business strategy.
