- Be responsible for accounting and related activities of BU
- Ensure monthly, quarterly and yearly data for ITL group and in-external audit
- Close bookkeeping on time following company requirement
- Control and review all of accounting activities and schedules including cash/bank, inventory, debtors, creditors, credit limits, fixed assets, sales and expense, etc ….
- Making and analyzing financial statement
- Be ensured policies of company and Acc dept
- Other tasks assigned by BU head & AM, Deputy AM.
- Declare tax monthly, quarterly, yearly : VAT, PIT, CIT
- Ensure to declare on time, comply with tax laws and policies of company
- Review and ensure all payable documents, purchasing request, supplier and customer contracts before submitting to Accounting Manager
- Work with OPS and sales to ensure daily operations go smoothly
- Control revenue and expenses in the year budget
- Approve quotation and price cost in system
- Other tasks assigned by BU head & AM
- Making OH cost monthly
- Making performance report biweekly, monthly
- Making analyzing report
- Making comprehensive report
- Forecasting for new projects & follow to analyzing some factors to help BU head in making decision
- Budget planning: create, control, allocate & implement report follow up budget.
- Ad-hoc report
- Get along well with other depts
- Support other depts to reach BU’s targets
- Solving problems with customers and suppliers
- Apply brand new ways to reduce time working and work efficiently
- Build successor
- Others task from line manager.
REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor Degree in accounting
- Knowledge
- Good command in English (B Level)
- Good Computer skills (MS Office)
- Data analyzed
- Budget control
- Min. 4 year – experience of accounting
- Working for logistics company is preferred
- Willing to work overtime (out of office hours, weekend, break days) to finish tasks assigned
- Go to business trip as required
- Joining some other Projects as required.
