1. Sea – Air Freight Manager  
 
Main Responsibilities 
·        Taking care of customer service for both sea and airfreight team.
·        Following -up customer SOPs,
·        Providing training and coaching to staff
·        Managing the team to meet company target.
·        Consulting and giving guidelines to team for problems solving.
Job Requirements 
·        Bachelor  degree in Business Administration or International Trading
·        At least 3-5 years experiences in Import-Export
·        Good communication in English and Vietnamese
·        High responsibilities and good interpersonal skills
·        Leadership skills and team work
·        Willing to work under high pressure
 
2. Logistics Business Development Manager
 
Job purpose: Logistics Business Development Manager will focus on generating new business for port logistics and will report directly to General Director   
 
Main Responsibilities 
·        Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the port logistics market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
·        Develop and implement marketing plans for port logistics business
·        Build and maintain long-term relationship with customers
·        Conducting sales presentations/ meetings with customers to offer Company 's key service offerings
·        Coordinate closely with Operations team
·        Prepare proposals  & contracts  for new customers
·        Train and provide coaching to sales staff
·        Identify new business areas which is in-line with the Company's  growth strategy.
·        Keep abreast of what competitors are doing
·        Adheres to all company polices, procedures and business ethics codes
Job Requirements 
·        At least 05 years of Logistics Sales and/or Business Development experiences, preferably from Seafreight operation/ freight forwarding/shipping line background.
·        Strong acumen for new business
·        Proven leadership and ability to work independently
·        Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
·        Outgoing and enthusiastic
·        Confidence, self motivated and proactive
·        Good presentation, negotiation skills  
 
3. Forwarding Sales Executive
 
Main Responsibilities 
·        Promoting sales of total logistics services especially for Seafreight & Airfreight
·        Marketing ITL to the VN Market.
·        Regular meeting customers to understand business requirements and address those needs by all means.
·        Explore customer’s queries with related staff in the organization to meet customer’s demand.
·        Generating reasonable gross margin for each shipments or customers.
·        Safeguarding company’s margin by increasing shipped volume.
·        Exploring new business within current customers or related parties.
·        Making plan to acquire new businesses.
·        Co-operate with Agents (within ITL group or appointed Agents in other countries)
·        Strictly follow company guidelines and policies
·        Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
·        Experienced in Forwarding & Logistics Field at least 1 year.
·        Good knowledge of Forwarding & Logistics Field
·        Good communication both English and Vietnamese, flexibility, hard-working.
·        Male or Female is acceptable
 
4. Airfreight Customer Services Staff:
 
Main Responsibilities :
·        Collecting information of shipment from customers and then, setting up schedule, arranging the works, preparing shipping documents, making bill of lading, contacting oversea agent to take a good care for every shipment reach the destination according to the customer SOP
·        Taking care of all inquiries from customers concerning origin and destination handling.
·        Consulting, problems solving and on-time answering customer questions.
·        Complete file/ Issue invoice/credit note to customer or oversea agent. Follow-up with customer debt if any. Fill up necessary report if requires.
Job Requirements:
·        Vietnamese candidates, with university/ college graduated
At least 1-2 years experiences in the same position
·        Proficiency in English, both written & spoken
 
 
5. Airfreight Operation Supervisor:
 
Main Responsibilities :
·        Receive and take care the cargo at the Airport’s warehouse.
·        Supervise the preparation talon for the cargo.
·        Check the im-export document and bill if any.
·        Manage OPS Air team 6-8 persons.
Job Requirements:
·        Vietnamese candidates, with college graduated
      At least 1-2 years experiences in the same position.
·        Be able to read the English documents.
 
 
6. Personal Assistant to General Director:
 
Main Responsibilities :
·        Supporting day to day administrative work including Managing Director’s diary / travel arrangement..
·        Coordinating in applying business license/ legal assistance- Coordinating meetings/ events/ public relation.
·        Co-coordinating all divisions with Managing Director.
·        Managing and updating client’s database.
·        Preparing presentation for Managing Director’s meetings.
·        Arranging travel for business partners, visitors…
·        Translating documents.
·        Other duties as assigned by Managing Director.
Job Requirements:
·        Bachelor degree in English, Business.
·        Female only.
·        2-3 years working experience in similar position in foreign companies; experiences in Airlines/ Travel or Logistics companies is an advantage.
·        Excellent in communications (English and Vietnamese) and communication skill.
·        Excellent command of Microsoft office skills, especially Power Point
·        Ability to work independently and team work in a high pressure environment
